Transport Bill Generator
Bill passenger trips, taxi and private hire work, airport transfers, hourly or daily vehicle hire, intercity transport, freight, courier parcels and moving jobs. Every charge line has its own pricing method, so a fixed fare, a distance rate, an hourly rate and a per-kilogram freight charge can all live on the same bill.

Transport billing FAQ
▸Does every job have to be priced by distance?
No. Each charge line has its own pricing method: fixed fare, per distance, per hour, per minute, per trip, per passenger, per package, per kilogram or pound, per volume unit, base fare plus variable charges, or a custom calculation. Only the method you pick is used.
▸Can I bill passenger trips and freight with the same tool?
Yes. The transport page has a service type selector covering passenger trips, taxi and private hire, airport transfers, hourly and daily hire, intercity transport, goods transport, freight, courier, moving, vehicle-and-driver services and a custom type. Passenger bills emphasise trip details and fare breakdowns; freight bills emphasise consignor, consignee, cargo, weight and freight charges.
▸Will switching service type lose my data?
Customer details and charge lines are always kept. If the switch moves between passenger and freight layouts you are asked to confirm first, because the detail sections shown are different.
▸Are tolls, waiting time and loading fees included?
Yes. Tolls, parking, waiting or detention, loading, unloading, booking fees, fuel surcharge, packaging, handling and storage can each be switched on with their own description, amount and tax treatment, and you can add custom charges.
▸Is the route calculated or GPS verified?
No. Distances, durations and routes are exactly what you enter. Nothing is measured, and no mapping service is used.
▸Does entering a declared value insure the goods?
No. A declared value or insurance line is recorded as entered. It is not evidence that cargo is insured unless a separate insurance agreement exists.
