The Bill Generator is an online platform that provides tools for creating bills, invoices, receipts and similar documents. The tools help you arrange information you provide into a printable layout.

The platform is not a government body, utility provider, accounting firm or tax advisor, and it is not affiliated with any such organisation.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for making sure that any document you create accurately reflects a real, legitimate transaction or record.

You are also responsible for checking whether a document you create meets the requirements that apply to you, including tax, business or contractual requirements in your region.

You may not use the platform to create documents that misrepresent transactions, impersonate another person or business, or suggest an official status that a document does not have.

We aim to keep the tools available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, layouts and available generators may change over time.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of documents created with the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
