Medical Bill Generator
Build itemised medical bills, clinic invoices, diagnostic statements and pharmacy-style receipts. Consultations, laboratory tests, imaging, procedures, nursing, room charges, medicines and supplies each get their own line, their own quantity and unit, and their own tax treatment. The A4 preview on the right is the document you will download.

Medical billing FAQ
▸Do I need a diagnosis to create a medical bill?
No. The generator only needs the service or item names, quantities and prices you want to bill. Optional service notes exist for clinics that need them, and they stay hidden from the printed bill unless you enable them.
▸Can I bill taxable and non-taxable services on the same bill?
Yes. Every line has its own taxable switch and tax rate selector, so consultation fees can be exempt while supplies carry a rate you configure. Nothing about your local tax system is assumed.
▸How are insurance or third party amounts handled?
They are recorded as a credit allocated against the bill, exactly as you enter them. The generator does not verify coverage, calculate reimbursements or produce a claim.
▸Does the PDF work for long itemised bills?
Yes. Rows wrap instead of clipping, the table heading repeats on every page, and page numbers are added when a bill spans multiple pages.
▸Where is patient information stored?
In your browser. Drafts live in local storage and nothing is transmitted unless you deliberately use the optional server backup, which is clearly labelled and not recommended for sensitive patient data.
▸Is this an official hospital document?
No. The output is a professional itemised bill or receipt based on the details you enter. It is not an official hospital record, an insurance approval, a prescription or a government document.
