Yes. Nights auto-calculate from check-in/check-out dates (same-day = 1 night). Each room computes rate × nights − discount + tax live.

Can I add minibar and laundry charges?

Can I add GST to a hotel bill?
Yes. Choose No Tax, Single Tax, CGST+SGST or IGST. Each line can carry its own rate; use the rate applicable to your business.
Can I add CGST and SGST?
Yes. Select CGST+SGST mode and the tax summary automatically splits GST into CGST = GST/2 and SGST = GST/2.
Can I add an advance payment?
Yes. Enter advance paid with date and method, plus an optional refundable security deposit (kept separate) and credits.
Can I calculate the remaining balance?
Yes. Balance Due = Grand Total − Advance − Credit, never below zero, and shown in the preview, totals and PDF.

Yes. Enable Corporate Billing to add company, GSTIN, employee, department, cost centre, PO number and expense purpose, shown separately from guest info.
Is my guest information stored?
Only if you choose to. Bill information is processed in your browser, and nothing is sent to our servers unless you save the bill to your account or create a share link. Saved bills are visible only to you and can be deleted at any time.
