How to create a fuel receipt

Choose one of six original layouts — Classic, Compact, Modern, Minimal, Detailed or Professional.
- 2Enter station details
Add the fuel station name, address, telephone and optional dispenser identifiers such as FCC ID, FIP and nozzle number.
- 3Add fuel & amount
Choose the currency and fuel type, then enter the rate and either the total amount or the quantity — the other value is calculated for you.
- 4Add customer & vehicle
Enter the customer name, vehicle number and vehicle type. Optional fields such as odometer or transaction ID appear only when filled.
- 5Download or print
Check the live preview, then download a compact receipt-size or A4 PDF, or print directly from your browser.
How fuel quantity is calculated
In Enter Amount mode: Quantity = Total Amount ÷ Fuel Rate. In Enter Quantity mode: Total Amount = Fuel Rate × Quantity. Quantities are shown with up to three decimals and amounts with two, so ₹100/L and ₹1,000 gives exactly 10.000 L.

What is a fuel bill generator?
A fuel bill generator is a tool that lets you enter fuel station, fuel, vehicle and payment details and produces a neatly formatted fuel receipt that can be previewed, printed or downloaded as a PDF. It is useful for keeping expense records, reimbursements, demos and testing.
Can I create a petrol receipt online?
Yes. Select “Petrol” as the fuel type, enter the rate and amount, add the station and vehicle details, and download the receipt as a PDF — all in your browser without creating an account.
Can I generate a diesel fuel receipt?
Yes. The generator supports Petrol, Diesel, CNG and a generic “Other” fuel type. For CNG the unit automatically switches from litres to kilograms.
Can I add my fuel station logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, JPEG or WEBP image up to 5 MB, drag and drop it, or paste an image URL. The logo is resized proportionally and appears on the receipt and in the PDF. Without a logo, the station’s initials are shown instead.
Can I calculate fuel quantity automatically?
Yes. In “Enter Amount” mode the quantity is calculated as Total Amount ÷ Fuel Rate and shown with up to three decimals. In “Enter Quantity” mode the total is calculated as Fuel Rate × Quantity.
Can I download the fuel receipt as a PDF?
Yes. Click “Download PDF” to generate a high-resolution PDF in either a compact receipt size or A4. You can also print the receipt directly from the browser.
Can I edit the vehicle number and customer details?
Yes. Customer name, vehicle number and vehicle type are fully editable, and the vehicle number is converted to uppercase automatically. Basic validation accepts common Indian registration formats such as GJ05AB1234.
Is my information stored?
Only if you ask for it. Everything is processed locally in your browser, and a temporary draft may be kept in your browser’s local storage for convenience — you can remove it at any time with “Clear All”. Nothing is uploaded to a server unless you choose “Save to my account” or create a share link, and either can be deleted or revoked afterwards from My Documents.
