Documents you create
The generators run in your browser. The details you type into a form are used to build the preview of your document on screen and to prepare it for printing or saving.
By default nothing you type is sent to us. A draft may be kept in your browser's own local storage so you do not lose your work on a reload; you can clear it from within the generator at any time.
Accounts
Creating an account stores your name and email address. Your password is never stored as you typed it — it is kept only as a bcrypt hash, which cannot be reversed back into your password.
Signing in sets a session cookie so the site can recognise you on later visits. It contains no document data.
Documents you save or share
A document is stored on our servers only when you explicitly choose to save it to your account or to create a share link. Saved documents are linked to your account and are visible only to you.
A share link is unlisted: anyone holding the link can view that one document, so treat it as you would any private URL. Share links are excluded from search engine indexing.
You can delete a saved document, or revoke a share link, at any time from My Documents. Revoking takes effect immediately.
Usage statistics
We keep simple daily counts of how often each generator is used and which templates are downloaded. These counters record no document contents, no IP address and no identifier that could link an event back to you or to a particular document.
Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited for security and performance purposes.
Messages you send us
If you contact us through the contact form, we use the details you provide to read and respond to your message.
Your choices
You can clear the information entered in a generator at any time by reloading the page. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
If you have an account, you can delete any saved document and revoke any share link from My Documents.
Updates
We may update this policy as the platform changes. The published version always applies.
